This is my nutrition log from 2/24/14. I think i should work on eating more fruits and veggies because on this day I did not eat very healthy.
This is my nutrition log from march 4th 2014. I think one thing I could Have worked on was eating a better breakfast because just one bowl of cereal was not a very good start to the day.
This is my food log from March 3rd 2014. I think on this day I ate very well and did not eat anything that was really bad for me. One thing I could work on is eating a little healthier at lunch.
This is my nutrition log from March 2nd. I think i could have eaten a little more because on this day I barley ate anything and when i did it was very small portions.
